Is this therapy?
Little Minds in Bloom offers therapeutic-style developmental enrichment social learning groups. Our groups are educational, play-based, and parent-guided. They are not a replacement for speech, occupational, ABA, or mental health therapy.

What does a one-on-one developmental play session look like?
: Each session is tailored to your child's unique strengths and needs. Through play based activities, we work on developmental, social, communication, and emotional skills while parents participate alongside their child. Parents receive coaching, strategies, and support they can use during everyday routines to help learning continue beyond each session.

Why Are Parents Involved in the groups and private sessions ?

Parents are a child's most important teachers. By participating in sessions, parents gain practical strategies, coaching, and support they can use during everyday routines at home and in the community. This helps children practice new skills in the places they matter most, leading to greater confidence, stronger family connections, and more meaningful, lasting progress.

Does my child need a diagnosis?
No. A diagnosis is not required.

Where Are Groups and Sessions Held?

Our therapeutic play groups are currently held at We Rock the Spectrum Durham, NC . Providing a fun, supportive environment for children and families to connect, learn, and grow together.

We also offer seasonal park play groups and community events at various locations throughout the Triangle area, giving children opportunities to practice skills in natural, real-world settings.

Private one-on-one sessions are available virtually, in the community, or at a mutually agreed-upon location, allowing services to be tailored to your child's needs and your family's schedule.
